The following is Elitone's Brand & Trademark Keywords PPC Bidding Policy as of June, 2024.

It is of utmost importance that you do not bid on any of our company-branded or trademarked keywords (as defined below), including any variations or misspellings thereof, for search or content-based campaigns on Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN, or any other network.

Company-branded and trademarked keywords mean any of the following terms or plural forms of the terms: 

• Get Elitone, GetElitone.com, www.GetElitone.com, Elitone, Elitone.com, www.Elitone.com, Elitone coupon, Elitone discount code, Elitone discount, Elitone promo, Elitone promo code, Elitone sale, Elitone deal, Elitone code, Elitone Medicare, Elitone insurance, Elitone price, elitone device, bettersleep, life leak free, regain control regain confidence, boss of your bladder.

You may not use our company-branded or trademarked keywords, including any variations or misspellings as per above in sequence with any other keyword/s.

You may not use our company-branded or trademarked keywords in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or as the display URL.

You may not use any of our company-branded or trademarked terms as part of the domain or subdomain of your website.

In addition, you may not bid on text search keywords (search on video platforms are permissible) that are key to Elitone including:

• Pelvic floor exerciser, overactive bladder, urge incontinence, Kegel game, Kegel app game, running bladder, treatment for weak pelvic floor, pelvic floor therapy, leva, incontrol medical, magnetic chair, btl emsella, pessary.

If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our company-branded and trademarked terms from your marketing and related activities.

We are here to support you and strongly suggest that you add our company-branded and trademarked terms as negative keywords in all your campaigns.

Our policy on PPC brand and trademark bidding is strictly enforced. We will immediately terminate your participation in our affiliate program if you violate it. No questions asked.
